Family Sponsorship in U.S.:

  • The citizens of America. UU. may file petitions for family members, such as spouses and children, and in some cases for parents and siblings if they are at least 21.

  • F2B: Unmarried children (over 21 years old) of Permanent Residents.
  • F3: Married children of citizens.
  • F4: Brothers and Sisters of Adult Citizens.

Improvement of Visa by Citizenship:

  • Notify naturalization: If you become a U.S. citizen. while your relative is waiting for a visa, you can improve their classification by notifying the relevant agency.
  • Immediate visas: As a citizen, your spouse and children under the age of 21 will get visas available immediately.
