  • Skilled Workers: 2+ years of experience, not temporary, and labor certification.
  • Other Workers: Unskilled work, less than 2 years experience, not temporary, and labor certification.

PERM for EB-3

  • PERM Labor Certification.
  • Required before filing petition EB-3 to USCIS.

Ability to Pay

  • Requirement for employment-based immigration applications.
  • You must demonstrate financial ability of the employer.
  • Necessary evidence when filing and during the residency process.

  • 1.Net income.
  • 2.Net current assets.
  • 3.Beneficiary’s employment

Change of job.
