Sebastian Mejia graduated from the Business School of Higher Education (CESA), in Bogota, Colombia where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He is the Winner of the award: “Best Innovation Project” sponsored by BBVA (2018). Sebastian Mejia is in charge of creating and implementing strategic business plans to leverage existing client relationships, capitalizing new business opportunities, and achieving revenue and profitability goals. He develops a wide and cross-practice initiatives and supervises implementation therefor, to ensure the firm is properly exposed in national and international media, at international conferences and immigration networks. He identifies news, industry developments, and trends that may present emerging area of opportunity and actionable avenues for pursuit of new business for immigration practice. He also initiates and supports client relationships activities and other initiatives that help the firm to institutionalize its clients base, target new clients and grow top line revenue.
Debora Botbol received her Juris Doctor Degree from Andres Bello Catholic University, School of Law in Caracas, Venezuela in 2002, and worked for the Justice Department as well as the Seventh District Criminal Magistrate’s Court for the Temporary Procedural System in the Criminal Justice Circuit of the Caracas Metropolitan Area, before moving to the United States. She received a Paralegal Certificate from University of Miami in 2020 and joined Moreno Diaz Law Firm in 2022. She is responsible for assisting in the preparation of EB-11 Extraordinary Ability Cases, EB-2/NIW (National Interest Waiver), E-2/E-1 visas, O-1A and O-1B Petition as well as EB-5 cases. Her insight and deep understanding of the law as well as her extensive background in legal research makes her an important asset for Moreno Diaz Law Firm.
She is fluent in Spanish (native) and beginner in Hebrew.

Claudia Moreno-Diaz is a dedicated U.S. immigration attorney with over a decade of experience in the field. She was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2006 and has since focused her career on practicing immigration law. Her educational background is impressive, with a Juris Doctor degree from the University Externado de Colombia, where she earned scholarships during her studies. Additionally, she holds a Diploma in Commercial Law from the same university, a Diploma in US Legal System from University El Rosario in Colombia, and a Master’s in International Law (LLM) from American University in Washington, D.C.

Litsy Torres received her Associate’s degree in Advertising and Marketing from the University Institute of New Professions in Caracas, Venezuela in 2000. From 2000 to 2009 she worked in the entertainment industry in Venezuela, directing programs such as E! News.
In 2010, she began working in the immigration field. She started working at the Non-Immigrant Visa Unit at the U.S. Embassy in Caracas, Venezuela and a year later she entered the Immigrant Visa Department where she remained until October 2013 moment in which she decided to move to the United States where she continued to expand her knowledge and experience in the Immigration area.
She has worked as Case Manager for Moreno Diaz Law Firm since July 2015 until the present time, responsible for all aspects of case management, including scheduling deadlines, preparing forms, collecting documents, preparing packages for filing, and providing reminders as necessary. She is responsible for coordinating between the firm staff, and clients to manage the law firm’s case load, present case summaries/updates, and ensure that deadlines are met. She is responsible for managing all family-based cases, employment-based applications, FOIA requests, and Naturalization Applications.
